Welcome Reception

Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.

The Welcome Reception is included in all regular and Student Registration Types.

Outing and Conference Dinner

We will start off in airconditioned buses which will take us to the old town of Rhodes. We will have a walking tour around the main landmarks of the city. We will then go to a traditional Greek Restaurant for a scrumptious dinner, accompanied by local renowned wines.

The Conference Dinner is included in all regular registration fees.
